I have never heard of this cartridge before.

Could it be perhaps a .308 Norma Magnum or perhaps a .300 Winchester Magnum?

The cases are not belted so not a belted magnum round.
I cannot find any link to 308 magnum or 152 grn bullets
The bullets look like 110grn RNSPs
so I suspect these are reloads
