It's about a 1974 build with the 1 in 10 twist. The scope is an older Leupold 2X7 compact. It makes a great rifle for most any deer hunt. But I have another 250 savage witch I like just a ltlle better. With the scope it's 700.00without its 550.00

Thanks, it is fun, my other 250 is a 1938 vintage, it only seems to like 1 bullet, a 90 grain sierra, but it really likes it !
