#7 is terrifying- So a mother finds a burglar in her 10 year old's room, shoots him, and she still ends up before a grand jury? How much more open and shut could this be?

Some of the other ones were also shootings of burglars, and those ended up before grand juries as well.

We should all take Kevin Starrett's advice and just avoid Portland all together.
