Looking for a shooter, not a show gun or a "neat thing to own". Just a decent plinker. Prefer a ruger semi, but open. Must be an oregon resident, prefer CCL holder. I don't care if someone cool shot this gun, or if it is rare and worth more. I just want a cheap, functional, semi-accurate plinker. If you are willing to drive to estacada or close, lets make a deal.
