Are you sure the M855 Green Tip is 223 caliber? I thought it was 5.56. Not supposed to use 5.56 in a 223.

I don't know about the other ammo you are selling; is it 223 or 5.56? Please verify calibers for safety. Noobies may not know the difference.

Good catch, I figured since they were in AR mags, someone would use it in an AR. Will update.

5.56 and .223 rounds are dimensionally identical. Chambers vary but not significantly. Pressure is greater in the 5.56 but will not harm your .223 gun assuming it's not a wooden barrel. The max chamber pressure difference between the two is 5%. There is no safety issue.
Not trying to hijack the thread- just some information for buyers. Also, great seller. Buy with confidence.

This is actually really good to know. Ive always wondered what the actual pressure difference was.

Here you can see the chamber pressure was actually HIGHER shooting a 5.56 in a 5.56 chamber over the "tighter" .223 chamber. Shoot this guys ammo in either with confidence.
