I'm interested in loads as well that work well in ARs. So far loading for the gas system has been a pain for me. I would be interested in some good loads that reliably cycle the action as well.

We need to know what you intend to do with the load. That defines the bullet type and weight. Also, the type of barrel you have; varmint/match vs chrome lined SD.

My barrel is an Olympic Arms super ultra match or SUM as designated by Olympic which is stainless steel. I was looking for varmint and/or coyote loads sorry for not mentioning that. I was hoping to find others who use this same upper and find out what has worked well for them. At this point I'll take what I can get.
    Thanks for your help

Your barrel should support bullets from 40 grains to 60 grains.

    Here are a few-

40 grain Nosler BT and V-max (inter-changeable), These bullets are a little light for yotes IMO-

    VVN 120/about 24 grains
    any small rifle primer
    OAL: 2.240

    Benchmark/about 27 grains
    any small rifle primer
    OAL: 2.240

55 grain Nosler BT or V-max, good for yote and smaller.

    Varget/about 26 grains
    any small rifle primer
    OAL: 2.240

60 grain Nosler BT, V-max for yotes, Nosler Partition for deer and SD

    TAC/about 24.5 grains
    any small rifle primer
    OAL: 2.240

Start low on the charges. See what your barrel likes.

This is the load I found works well in my AR's, they are 1/9 twist rates.
