.223/5.56 mm factory reloaded ammo for sale- $150

I have a 500 round box of BVAC factory reloaded 5.56/223 ammo. This ammo is 62 grain full metal jacket and is reliable ammo. I have fired over 500 rounds of this ammo and not had one dud round. Any idea if it's loaded to 5.56 specs or just .223? Some people think they are the same and they aren't and once reloaded it's hard to tell.
