Can you find the Taurus tx 22 at your local bi Mart? I purchased one in April when they were on sale. 1k of 22 lr just to have on hand when the good times start.

You should buy this! Mark series pistols are amazing. I've got a Mark iv Target, but I've always wanted a 22/45 version.

What did you pay for your tx22 at Bimart? They are about $250 right now. Do you still like it, have you found any ammo it doesn't like?

I am going to sleep on it but I think the TX22 would be great company for my M&P22 Compact.

If you are still in the market i may have something of interest. Browning Buckmark 4 inch stainless bull barrel.
Excellent condition one owner with less than a brick through it. All the goodies included from the factory.
If you are looking for an affordable target shooter, this will hold its own against much higher priced pistols.
It is priced at your ceiling of $300.00 and i would take care of the transfer at Tigard Pawn.
