2016 Oregon 3Gun Challenge (Bend, OR)

COSSA Practical Shooters will again host the Oregon 3Gun Challenge this year!! This is an 8 stage match plus one optional/bonus stage. Short range and long range for all 3 firearms. Additionally we are incorporating bonus rifle targets out to 1000yds and possibly further.

When: Apr 23-24, 2106
Where: COSSA Range 24 east of Bend, OR
Match Fee: $200

Yes absolutely this is open to all skill levels. There is even a junior division for our younger folks that come out and shoot. Safe weapon handling is all we ask

How about the shotgun? I've seen videos where guys are using semi autos, but I have a Mossberg 590 pump with the ghost ring sights.

Pump shotguns are perfectly fine. If a pump is what you got then bring it!

IMHO the key to the shotgun in 3Gun is being able to reload it as quickly as possible. So shotgun tube capacity and reload speed will much more a factor than the semi vs pump argument for the beginner to intermediate level 3gunner.
