It's been my favorite since I've been buying trucks. I'm the only owner and i built it for eastern Oregon, but it's so over built for where i live now. I'm just going to buy a new stock one. I've owned the 7.3, 6.7 cummins and the 6.6 duracrap. This is definitely the best one I've owned. Never broken down.

I don't know. I it's a lot cleaner than the diesels with egr.

If the GVWR is greater than 8500 lbs, a truck like this is exempt from DEQ in both WA and OR. An F250 like this probably has a GVWR of 9200 lbs (which is the most common GVWR for a 3/4 ton diesel pickup). So, this rig is probably exempt from DEQ qualifications.
