If they are new OEM mags, why don't they work for Gen 4's?

They are listed as, "New Glock 17rd 9mm magazine. Fits flush with model 17, and 18 all generations. Not for use with mag release switched for left hand use on gen 4 models.".

Maybe they are old stock.

It sounds like he can get other Glock mags too. I emailed him about Glock 35 mags - he can get them for $25. I'm thinking about getting a couple to try out his service and see if the stuff is genuine.

I'm gonna assume it's a Gen3 type mag and as long as you are right handed, you shouldn't have a problem using the mags in a Gen4. If you swap the mag release to the right side of the gen4 pistol, the gen3 mags wont'work because they don't have the notch cut out to accept the mag release.

Ok just got the mags in and I am happy with my order. Average shipping (ordered on Sunday and got them on Thursday) and they are Gen4 mags
I would recommend you get some if you are looking for factory mags.

I ordered 3 myself and got them today too - got 2 Gen 4 and 1 Gen 3 - looks like you may or may not get Gen 4, may just be luck of the draw. No biggie for me, Gen 3 is fine for my needs. Ended up talking to the owner on the phone as I was having trouble getting my order to process - so he took it over the phone and got them here in 2 days. Great price, and great service. I may just go back again I could use a few G35 mags - he said he can get those for $25.

I did get some G29 and G42 mags (G42 are very high, $32 for a baby magazine, still if you are going to get some range time...) I also got a couple of G20 mags for my G29. They are pretty responsive.

Got mine all Gen 4. I had ordered two G-20 mags for my G-29 and was looking for a adapter sleeve like the XDS has for it's extended magazine. I did not look very hard and as it turns out the G-20 mag inserted in the G-29 is just fine as is. Your pinkie is back just a little, comfortable to me.
