2 women shot in New York

Two women were shot in NY, when a man was weaving though ''traffic'' so the cops say. I'm guessing they meant sidewalk traffic. Anyway, the guy is weaving along, reached into his pocket as to draw a gun, this is the cops talking again. THE COPS SHOT at HIM, hit the 2 women. THEN found out the guy DID NOT HAVE A GUN. Golly gee batman, did your Bloomburg X-ray vision fail??? Before being flamed, yes, they could have known him as a wanted, felon, bad guy, etc, etc. So, they will probably say, but, come on.
