Sportsman 1998 Truck Camper. Weighs 1960 lbs. Can sleep up to four. It is self contained with a bath, fridge, furnace, water heater, sink, stove and oven. Has both black and grey water tanks and two 5 gal propane tanks. Queen bed over the cab with a dinette that convets to a bed and overhead cabinet that converts to a bed. There is four manual jacks you can lift using a cordless drill or crank handles. Includes saw horses to store it on, tie down chains and aluminum folding steps. We hauled stock and flatbed trailers behind it with a standard length receiver mounted to the truck. Depending on the trailer you may need a longer receiver hitch if clearance is limited for turning.
Since advertising this, people ask the same three questions,
Will it fit a short bed? It will fit but you will not want to haul it. The center of gravity will be too far back behind the rear tires.
Does it have leaks? It was stored inside to protect it. It has no leaks I am aware of. It does not smell like it is leaking.
Is it still for sale? If this ad is up it is still for sale.
Located in Brownsville. $4k OBO.
If interested, PM your phone number and I will call you to answer any more questions or set up a time to see it.
