Purchased this from my brother. He originally paid $25,000 for it. After realizing the subfloor was rotted he tore it apart. End of the day he was in over his head. Sat at my property for 3 1/2 years before I bought it from him and am selling it at my cost.
Asking $8000 with no appliances or $10,000 with everything
subfloor replaced with 3/4 plastic plywood(never rots). Costs 10-15k at a shop.
