1987 honda elite motor scooter

I have a 1987 honda elite 150cc motor scooter. Currently it is not running it has about 10,000 miles on it. It will come with 2 DOT full face with visor helmets. The work i know that it needs is a new speedo/odometer cable, parking brake is stuck in engaged position, and a new battery. If you are mechanically inclined should take a weekend and $150 in parts. Make me an offer.
