Notice: The truck is in Bellingham, WA. I'll be in Bellingham until Aug 26
Here is a 1980 Chevy Scottsdale, 1/2 ton, short box, single cab. I bought this truck and did a tune-up (see new parts below). School has made it so I don't don't have the time, money, or shop to justify keeping it. Along with PM, You can call/text me with any questions (360)927-3752.
If you are interested you are welcome to stop by J&H Storage, 7022 Hannegan Road, Lynden WA 98264 to take a look.
Asking $2250 obo
Possible trades: 1911, Rem 700 in .308, 44mag revolver, 5.45x39, PS3, cash is king!
The Good:
• Chevy 350 Small Block, out of a 70's Corvette, 70k on rebuild
• TH 350 Tranny, fresh fluid and filter
• Edelbrock quad barrel carb, about 625 CFM
• Starts right up
• Corvette 202 heads
• 205 Transfer Case, fresh fluid
• Headers
• Dual 3" Flowmaster Exhaust
• 4" Lift
• 35" Wild Country Radials, 75%
• New Cap, Rotor, high voltage coil pack, sparkplugs, and wipers
The Not Great:
• Some of the fenders have rust holes, driver side
• Steering is a bit loose, could use new steering box ($150 at NAPA)
• Needs alignment on front axle, front passenger tire is worn at an angle
• Found a slow leak from the tranny to coolant lines, looks like the threads didn't seal after I swapped the tranny, should just need some silicon thread tape.
• Original Paint
• Speedo doesn't read actual MPH because of big tires, 45 on speedo is about 60 MPH.
