As in already bored out to .010 over? No. I believe this to be a virgin block. (I knew the prior owner)

Ahh....good point. It came out of a 1970 3\4 ton Chevrolet P\U.

Not sure if it is a 2 or 4 bolt, as they had both. #3970010 350 69-79 Truck 2&4 bolt main

He's referring to the casting number of the block. It should be on the flywheel flange , on the left side of the engine and will say something like "3970010". That will help tell what the engine is out of. Usually these are 4 bolt main blocks, but not always.

020 is high nickel all so chances are good if it came out of a truck it is a 4 bolt main just my opinion no way to tell unless you pull the pan .
