1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 - 24,210 Original Miles

Only two owners - I've owned it since 1980, when I bought it from my friend who had purchased it new. It's been garaged 90% of it's life. 100% rust free. Perfect interior. This car is stunning in person - much nicer than any picture could show!
One of the nicest cars you will see. Feel free to call me with any questions - (541)228-5613

Completely restored including a $30,000 paint job. Show quality. Has won 1st in show both times I've shown it(2/2).

The motor has less than 2,000 miles since rebuild.

Why has the motor been rebuilt if 24,000orig. miles? Who did the rebuild? Why the repaint, what was wrong at 24000 mile to need repainted? Do you have the parts to switch back to standard trans.? Do you have the original parts for the motor (intake&exhaust manifolds/carb)? What size Edelbrock is on it 1406 or is it an AFB? Do you have the original wheels?

Ill answer the questions I know off the top of my head and refer to the owner for the rest.

The motor was rebuilt during the stroking process. It was repainted because the owner prefers the show car quality paint, the incredibly deep glossy look that they couldn't achieve from factory.

Hey ds,, are the brackets for the 4-speed clutch and hole in floor still there??. or are all of these just an easy swap back because they were all manufactured for the manual x-mission? I saw this car somewhere recently, was it ebay or craigslist?. thnxs. J

He still has all the parts to put it back to a manual car that could be included in the deal. Including the tranny.

I'm sorry but... If this was more in-line with the market, I'd be interested. I own 2 '68 California Specials, and a Shelby GT500. This Mach 1 is priced like an all original completely restored car.... but it's not.
