Since this got a bump (assuming it's still for sale), I decided to chime-in...
There's a place near the ID/OR border on I-84 that specializes in surplus and military vehicles... I think it's exit 3 (in lD), right on the freeway. I've seen 6x6s, HMMVs, Kaisers, flattie PowerWagons, and, of course, Jeeps for sale.
I can't remember the name of the place, but I'm sure your brothers Jeep would interest them. Can't say what they pay for vehicles... it might be disappointing. But it could also be worth a shot.

Thanx for the intel. It is The Idaho Footlocker and my bro is familiar with it. They aren't really into paying up for things. He is considering donating it to the local VFW when they get a new home built. In the meantime, still for sale and it is a good Jeep. I can't understand why there isn't someone trying to buy it but what the hey.

You can call him with that idea but I don't think it will get very far. At that price he will most likely donate it to the VFW instead.
