Up for sale is my shooter grade 1903 Springfield. It is only up for sale because a friend has one I want more.
This is a high number (late 1918 production, SN#9699xx) receiver with an 11-42 barrel. All the parts are proper for a WWII rebuild rifle. No later stamped parts. Milled barrel bands, smooth milled buttplate. Stock is a scant stock proof marked with a San Antonio Arsenal rebuild mark. Shoots good for as little as I've shot it. I just have other rifles I prefer more. The stacking swivel is missing.
I am asking $850 obo. No trades as this is funding another rifle from a buddy. Transfer in Lebanon/Albany/Sweet Home area. Fees on the buyer.
