Another one trying to keep the wolves at bay...
This is an excellent condition 1898 Krag Rifle. Original condition with excellent condition bore. No major stock damage. One small crack at rear tang that is stable. Has not moved since I've owned and shot this rifle with both cast bullet loads and Remington factory corelokt. There is a proof mark present under the wrist of the stock and a well worn cartouche. Best I can tell, produced in 1899.
I am asking $900 for this. Higher than some I've seen on gunbroker, less than others I've seen. I'm not desperate.
Transfer in Lebanon or Albany, fees on buyer. Will not ship, this is too dang long...
Not looking for full trades, but might take a Ruger Wrangler, Ruger PCC, or 1911 frame for partial trade. There needs to be some cash involved from you to make this worth letting this go.
