Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Never seen any. Probably not enough demand. You could load some light
loads on regular hulls. I've got some hulls, wads and a Lee Load-All
around here somewhere if you want to give it a try.
Easy enough to make shorties if they will cycle in your action, assuming it's not a double. Just cut the hulls and wads back accordingly and roll crimp if you can't get your press jimmy rigged.
Way easier just to use standard wads and hulls and use less powder and use spacers under a reduced shot load. I like the corn based packing peanuts. They squish enough to keep your shot column right at wad edge for crimping. I always use a thin overshot card for perfect results.
Mini-shells like Águila makes for 12-gauge? No, not that I've seen. Mini as in shorter than 2¾"? Yes. RTS, for example, makes, or used to make, 2½" shells.
