16” Complete AR15 Upper w BCG

I have a spare upper I want to trade for a handgun

This is a complete Rock River Arms Operator upper. The BCG and charging handle are included. Has a 16" barrel with comp. it's a 1x9 chrome moly barrel stamped 200. Has a mid length free float and extended charging handle. I've shot less than 500 through it.

I'll pay the BGC in Oregon city
I want a handgun in trade
Could add other stuff possibly or cash etc for the right deal

The lower is what needs a BGC. That's where the serial number is. No lower? No BGC!

nothing really in mind, just wanting to see what gets offered. This is just sitting in my closet. Id like to free it up for something I can shoot more.

wouldnt mind a revolver either
