I thought it would be worse. I calculated roughly 15000 rounds through it this time with no cleaning or tear down. Not too shabby in my opinion. I thoroughly coat the baffles and insides of the tubes with moly grease so with the slightest tap they came out. I cleaned the tubes and outer portion of the baffles as well as the end cap and I'm gonna keep going. Maybe at 20k I'll run the baffles through the stainless pin tumbler. The second stack isn't nearly as dirty as it probably only has 6000 of the last 15000 through it. I've been using it mostly in the K configuration on my 10/22 or Ruger American Rimfire. Love it, I'm torn on getting another or something similar.

Man thats cool my can gets super dirty with only 200to 300 rds

Get the 45acp can thats the one I want to order next you can shoot well 45acp / 10mm / 40S&W / 9mm /380acp / 17 hmr / 22mag / 22lr

I'm not positive but I think you can shoot 38 special but not plus + P

Just seems like more bang for your buck

In all honesty, I thought it was going to be way way worse. I'm thinking the generous coating of moly grease on everything helped a ton. The blast chamber is pretty hard to get to in this guy, but it's as gnarly looking as that first baffle. I'm pretty sure the blast chamber and the blast baffle have at least a mil of lead caked to them both.

I've got this guys middle brother, the 9mm Obsidian. I was shooting it on my 17hmr yesterday as the guy above was laying waste to a collective ton of Remington Golden Bullet.

The 9mm Obsidian is pretty much always on my lever in 38/357. It shoots 357 nicely. I'm looking at either another rimfire can or 9mm can. Maybe just say F it and get two more. I'm done sharing the ones I have between certain guns.

I don't remember the name of mine but all my sections look just like your's does to a tee must be the ammo your shooting I'm running federal 525 rd bulk
your running golden bullet i'll have to try some it
PS I picked p some armscor standard velocity have not shot any yet

I estimate at least 20,000 rounds through it up till this point. Most of that was in the K configuration. so the back 5 baffles looked a lot better than the front 5.

Soaked in CLR for a few hours and good as new.

Before and after. (9mm baffles also got cleaned)

a brick of 500 lasted me 5 years with a bolt action.then i got a 10/22 and about 2 hours later i was out!
2 hours

I can burn the same in 30 minutes with a bolt action!

I also have been known to be a little rimfire crazy.

How many you got left? Glad to loan you a few K if needed. I know you're good for it.
Lol, I've got a bit left ;)

I tend to ration every time an event occurs. It usually puts me further in the black as I'm shooting less than buying. I don't stop buying 22, ever!
