Great spacious high quality tent. I've used it for 2 seasons and now have a baby on the way and don't see using it for a while. I bought it new and have taken great care of it. I hate to see it go as it's a great tent but need some extra money for the new adventure on her way. I also have a professional custom built stove, hot water tank and oven that I may consider selling with it for extra cash.
