I've got two cases (250 rounds each) of Nobelsport low recoil 12 gauge 00 buckshot. This is 9 pellet going 1200fps so it should be a bit more comfortable to train with, but it can still put a wallop on target if need be.
Price is $300 for all 500 rounds, $160 per case, or $8 per 10 round box if you don't want a full case.
Will ship on your dime, but that will be pretty spendy, so I am assuming local pickup only.
