Willing to sell just the trailer and motor. Better for Ore residents as the trailer does not need title if towing under 1800 lbs.

None at all. I tested it buy pouring water into the boat and let it sit for a week, no leaks. Never got to use it, sadly; and I had long term plans for it (in Alaska) but now I am moving and really do not have the desire to tug it around. Been in the garage since I brought it home.
