I was cleaning out my just purchased 85 Toyota Sunrader RV and found an 11" leather sap under the front drivers seat.
    Are these illegal in Oregon.
I looked online and it does state that you can't conceal one on your person, but if it's just lying in plain sight on the floor boards, would that be an issue?

    Not sure,
But you wouldn't think it's any worse than a pipe, or bar.
My dad always kept a very large gauge cable in his truck next to his seat. I'm not sure what gauge it was but it was over an 1" thick and had thick rubber sheathing.

I was just messing around with it and whacked my knee by accident.
    Man, did that hurt.

I was playing with one of those once and "softly" hit my head......
One of those times you instantly regret being stupid.
