Its a SBR (Short Barrel Rifle) kit with a stock. Would require an additional $200 and tax stamp to use it as is. You could buy a pistol brace kit with it and make it a pistol.

Well I took the risk and ordered from Midwest. Shipping was a bit slow but it was FREE!
Ordered 12-31-19 received 1-13-2020
Everything as advertised, very few handling marks, ejector may have been replaced.
adding a brace and AR trigger to Aero lower
should be FUN.
