Hey I can do 1 a week no problem
No prob. I do 75 push ups 35 pull ups 100 crunches 60 seat ups + some weight lift and for finish 0.8 mile sprint. 3-4 times a week.
Every morning at 0530 and evening at 1730. Got tired of being round 'round the middle. I also do them ball of one foot, first two knuckles on the hands.
