Unfired stainless steel barrel with sights and brand new take off synthetic stock. Standard Ruger 18.5 inch unthreaded carbine barrel. Comes exactly as pictured (no takedown screw). Can ship for actual cost of postage. Prefer to meet in greater Albany/Corvallis area, but I do travel to Portland some.
