This is my "old reliable" for the last 20 years. I am seeking the communities help locating a part I lost. The takedown screw had a bushing or escutcheon made of brass. I have searched Brownells & Midway and a 10/22 site with no luck.

    Help?

    Just FYI

Sometimes the wood around the escutcheon gives way after all these years. Get yourself some good epoxy and reinstall it, and it wont ever come out again!! Relieve it a little inside to make room for a little extra epoxy!

    Make one?

Brass is easy to work with. I make/alter sights with it.
Even capped the open button on an auto knife with it.

    But I'm overly self reliant.;)
