Other State ‘Unconstitutional on its Face’: Judge Slaps Down Nearly 100-Year-Old Gun Law in California.

As a long time political refuge from Kommiefornika is it just me or are we seeing the start of common sense regarding CA Supreme Court rulings regarding very bad CA gun laws? Dunno yet.

CA. 95 years on the books. Oh yeah.....that figures.

I can remember when the anti-abortion people wanted a law to have pictures of aborted fetuses displayed prominently in Planned Parenthood Clinics.
