    § 311. Militia:

    (b) The classes of the militia are—

    (1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

    (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

It's "unorganized." You don't have a CO unless or until you form up with other members into a viable unit and elect one. :p

Fortunately you've studied your history and already know how a militia works and we can recognize that this is just a "for fun" trolling question, right?

    rascal!!!! (I love it)

one thing of note: for any militia to be well regulated, that is, well equipped and orderly andfunctional, it will need to have various manner of arms avaliable and ready to deply.. right?
