Serpa (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈsɛɾpɐ]) is a city and a municipality in Portugal, in Alentejo Region. The population in 2011 was 15,623, in an area of 1105.63 km². The Guadiana River flows close to the town of Serpa.

    I think I understand the safety issue with Blackhawk SERPA holsters. But does the same apply to other level-2 retention holsters that need the index finger to release the pistol? Specifically, I'm wondering about these IMI holsters...
