saw
A saw is a tool consisting of a tough blade, wire, or chain with a hard toothed edge. It is used to cut through material, most often wood. The cut is made by placing the toothed edge against the material and moving it forcefully forth and less forcefully back or continuously forward. This force may be applied by hand, or powered by steam, water, electricity or other power source. An abrasive saw has a powered circular blade designed to cut through metal.
I know they're supposed to be around, but this is the first time in the six years I've been here that I've seen one. He was about deck level across the creek and browsing through tree stumps for goodies.
He was maybe five feet or so long and looked really healthy. We think that with all the...
On monday I was driving home from work. I drive the hellway called I205 north from I5 to the 213 exit. As I was exiting i205 at the top of the off ramp to 213, I noticed three men. they were in an area not easy to get to and on foot, as I didnt see a parked vehicle nearby in any direction. Two...
I just saw a bus around 82nd Ave, Portland with a full-length ad on the left side of it.
The bus was going about 40mph the other way so I couldn't eyeball all of its artistic glory but here goes.. it was an OkCupid (a dating service/website) ad with "DTF" in huge letters (I gather that "DTF" is...
I started a new job in DT Seattle recently. So here I am on a Friday afternoon walking back to my car in my suit, desperately trying not to rub against anything as I traverse the urine soaked streets, knowing full well that the brown stuff all over the walls is not mud...
What do I see? Maybe...

If you are a Sam Elliott fan, you really need to try to catch his new movie. It is a small, independent production, and it has been a long time since I have seen him featured in a starring role in a film. it was a joint production between Houston King Productions and Northern Lights Films...
This is from the 70's, and they just don't make them like this anymore. Works perfect, uses 5" and 6" pin less blades. Uses a oil bath armature, so it's the quietest scroll saw I have ever heard. It comes on a rolling chassis, for easy movement around your shop.
Asking $100.00 firm.
For me, it was hands down the ad for the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean movie from Disney.
Do we really need a 5TH Pirates of the Caribbean flick?? UGH, I say .....
There's nobody to blame for this build but @bolus! Since seeing his build thread here I knew we needed one of these in the Northwest Firearms family. I can only imagine the attention this will draw sitting on our gun show table or out on the range :D

@Reno911 were talking about bump-saws at the Tillamook forest range this last weekend after testing out my new slide fire stock. So im curious if anyone has made one and what worked well in the build

$170
Only trade considered it a AR-9 stripped lower or pistol lower. (NOT) a rifle lower. Only interested in lower that accepts Glock mags (NOT) colt mags.
5-shot .44 Mag on an L frame. Ooooh, I am drooling now. It's almost carryable. ;)
Last think I need is another .44, but I'm thinking how to get my hands on one without having my wife beat me with a shovel, heh.
