A sanitary napkin, sanitary towel, sanitary pad, menstrual pad, or pad is an absorbent item worn by a woman while menstruating, recovering from vaginal surgery, for lochia (post-birth bleeding), after an abortion, or in any other situation where it is necessary to absorb a flow of blood from the vagina.
These pads are not to be confused with generally higher absorbency incontinence pads, which are worn by men or women who have urinary incontinence problems or experience stress incontinence. Menstrual pads may be used by some people for this purpose.

Installing Decelerator Recoil Pad on Tikka
I thought it would be a simple matter to unscrew the factory butt pad and screw on the new decelerator, but there is. Black plastic spacer that seems like it also needs to come off before the new pad goes on. I don't see how it comes off or maybe it isn't supposed to come off, any ideas? Thank you- Discussion Thread

Strap on shoulder pad for recoil.....
Any one else among us that had bad shoulders? I'm looking to get one of the Caldwell Past recoil shields. They have three thicknesses. 1", 1/2" and 1/4".
