Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
I have a FN scar 17 fde, maybe 300 rounds through it? Love it but decided to go with the 5.56 platform.
I am looking to trade for a scar 16 in fde, plus cash or optics etc... If you have a 10.5" barrel for it then thats a plus.
Thanks!
I'm semi-active on a NFA-focused board and the majority opinion is that other than machine-guns, and some old and/or unique items, there is no real aftermarket for registered NFA items.
What say you? Has that been your observation or something else?
This SBR has an American Spirit Arms upper with a non-reciprocating left side charge handle, a 5" threaded barrel with flash hider and standard barrel nut, forward grip and Magpu CTR stock.
This is an NFA item and must be transferred accordingly.
Includes 6 32-round magazines, tactical bag, 8...
I like to occasionally contact my Senators and local Representatives to pick their brains on topics regarding firearms. We need to hold them accountable to their political positions even when we know they are pretty far on the other side of the fence regarding 2A matters. Here is a response I...
I'm planning on buying a short-barrel upper for my 9mm CMMG guard. At some point I'll do an NFA trust, but short term I'll probably SBR my lower as an individual. I understand that my wife can't use the SBR (she has no interest). I'd guess that she cannot have access as well. For example...

House Rep Roger Marshall of Kansas introduced a bill that would remove SBRs from the NFA and require destruction of all registration documents within a year of its passage:

I like this. I don't have an SBR and am...
Let's pretend for a moment that the Hughes Amendment is repealed or declared unconstitutional (shaaa ... it could happen). What would you stamp/convert and why? Enjoy!
Thinking about jumping into the suppressor game. I’m trying to weigh out my options of just be simple and use Silencer Shop, or just get whatever brand the local shop offers, or buy online somewhere and transfer. Wondering if anyone in the Portland area has a gouge for who has the best transfer...
I could use my CZ USA Hammer classic, but I kinda like it as is. FWIW, I want this with a 6-8 inch barrel as a coach gun. Nothing fancy, but could be cut down and be reliable.
I have built up a few 300blk SBR's with the intention of them being self-protection guns. Hope to never need them. However, if I do, I have been wondering how that would play out the post justified defense shoot. Anyone experience this? Did you get your weapon back? Extra issues with...
I found this and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this, or have any insight on if this falls under the NFA as an Any Other Weapon? It is the Fab Defense GFM G magazine baseplate with a pushbutton to attach to a pic-rail.
I was thinking about getting a Flux Flashmag Rail as a magazine...
I searched and found a similar thread from last July that did not generate any responses. I’m looking for an engraver who can do a quality job, e.g. not 1/2” letters across the side of the mag well. I am willing to pay for quality work.
So considering the nonsense out of Washington, I've surveyed our silencer situation, and think we have the main bases covered (.22 rimfire, centerfire pistol, 5.56㎜ rifle, etc.). However, I could see adding a couple into the supply line in the off chance there is even more brain-dead...
So, I have another Form 1 project (SBR) under works. I'm planning on having the threading and action work done first while it is still Title I. Then I will file for the stamp. I plan on using eForms since it is back now, albeit requiring mailing in fingerprint cards. (There are only two...
