leather
Leather is a durable and flexible material created by tanning animal rawhide and skin, often cattle hide. It can be produced at manufacturing scales ranging from cottage industry to heavy industry.
People use leather to make various goods—including clothing (e.g., shoes, hats, jackets, skirts, trousers, and belts), bookbinding, leather wallpaper, and as a furniture covering. It is produced in a wide variety of types and styles, decorated by a wide range of techniques.

I am about at the comfort level with the Walther PPK/S (in .380 ACP / 9㎜ Kurz) as an everyday carry gun. During the fall and winter months, I normally wear attire that would be conducive to shoulder holster carry (e.g., suit jacket, sports jacket, light coat, et al.). So I am interested in a...
I'm selling this jacket because I don't use it. It is in brand new condition. I bought it on a whim a year ago and have never worn it except to try it on. Frankly, it's a bit heavy for me. I don't ride, so such heavy leather isn't necessary for me. But you could take a tumble and it would...
I bought this jacket in Argentina when I lived there. Winters are cold, but dry, so this worked well for the few times I used it. I paid over $400 for it new, and it's in 'like new' shape. Fleece interior.

Howdy, I'm looking to have a custom holster sewn into my cowboy boots for my Ruger LCP. I recall a forum mention a year or two ago about this being done but I can't find that post now. Any recommendations on a place that does this sort of work?
Anyone that's done this have feedback on how well...
huge kydex fan here but slowly coming back around to leather for comfort and style. My first try in years I picked a simple open top leather pancake style holster for a compact 1911. Perfect in every way except right out of the box I notice retention is pretty minimal.
I test this in my own...
