On the weekend ending June 9, the song debuted on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at number ninety-five. The next week it fell off, but because of its release to iTunes, it re-entered at number twelve in the week ending June 23, eventually peaking at number 10. The song samples "Roxanne's Revenge" by Roxanne Shante.
The song was certified gold by the RIAA on February 13, 2008.
