7.62 nato
The 7.62×51mm NATO (official NATO nomenclature 7.62 NATO) is a rimless, bottlenecked rifle cartridge. It is a standard for small arms among NATO countries.
First developed in the 1950s, the cartridge had first been introduced in U.S. service for the M14 rifle and M60 machine gun. Many other firearms that use the 7.62×51mm NATO remain in service today, especially various designated marksman rifles/sniper rifles and medium machine guns/general-purpose machine guns (i.e. M24 Sniper Rifle and M240 Medium Machine Gun).
The cartridge is used by military personnel, on mounted and crew-served weapons that are mounted to vehicles, aircraft, and ships.

Hey all,
I have a PTR-91 GI for sale here in the Portland area in need of a new home. Approximately 200 rounds downrange (just broken in). All stock configuration.
The PTR-91 is, for all practical purposes, a Heckler and Koch G3 battle rifle made in the United States. They are nearly...
Has anyone tried this ammo? I bought a 540 rd can for $0.41/Rd. Looks good, brass is not corroded. Plan on plinking w/ it in my M1A Standard. Wouldn't use it in my Super Match or my Remington M24.
Its a beautiful rifle, only one very small scratch in the stock. Built with new old stock parts. I thought I wanted a M1 Garand, and then found I liked the M1A / M14 style more. Only shot it one day about 20 rounds. Comes with bag of "Clips". It is just been sitting in the safe and I need to...

*Sold* Please delete! Hate to let this heavy hitting and smooth shooting AR go. I bought this Sig Sauer 716 Patrol rifle new, less than a year ago. Have put less than 200 rounds in this professionally broken in rifle. I am throwing in a UTG 4x16X44 SWAT scope with multi color illuminated...
Anybody here FAL (DSA SA58) experts? If so please tell me the pros and cons. Also some necessary upgrades. I recently received one in trade and wanted to sell it but after some research I decided to keep it.:D
Selling my PTR91 with 260 rounds of .308/7.62x51 and 4 20 round magazines. I love this rifle dearly but I can't afford the cost of .308/7.62x51 on my current salary.
Ive owned the rifle for about 2 months but with an emergency coming up in my family (and the cost of ammo), I need to part ways...
