About This Resource

The North Fork Wolf Creek Recreational Shooting Lanes is a public area open for recreational shooting during legal hours year round. This is a collaboration between the nonprofit Trash No Land, Oregon Department of Forestry and the public. The lanes are unmanned and free to the public. There are no bathroom facilities or garbage receptacles. Please pack in and pack out. These are managed and maintained by the public and Oregon Department of Forestry. Stewardship is appreciated at these lanes as is responsible behaviors.

Directions:

Traveling west on Highway 26 take a right on North Fork Wolf Creek Rd which is roughly 3 minutes or 2.7 miles past Timber Junction.

Once on North Fork Wolf Creek Rd, travel 4-5 minutes in or roughly 1 mile to the second right hand turn.

Lanes 1-3 are on the left and lane 4 is at the end of this road.

Lane 1 is a pistol lane with a backstop at 15 yards. Parking for two vehicles.

Lane 2 is also a pistol lane with a backstop at 20 yards. Parking for two vehicles.

Lane 3 has both a rifle lane and a pistol lane. Suitable for at least two parties. Pistol berm is 15 yards and the longer berm is roughly 50-60 yards. Parking for up to 4-6 vehicles on the right.

Lane 4 has both a rifle lane and a pistol lane. Suitable for at least two parties. Pistol berm is 15 yards and the longer berm is roughly 70-80 yards. Parking for up to 6-8 vehicles.
