I bought over $300 in exotic shotgun shells from WarWolf Ordnance. My package finally arrived but it was missing $150 worth of shells.
After several attempts I made contact with Kip (owner) and informed him of the situation. Kip requested that I file a claim with UPS, so I did, and when I asked when I'd be receiving the remainder of my order he told me that he wouldn't ship the missing shells (that I paid him for) until UPS reimbursed him.
He suggested that I buy the missing $150 shells again!
Bad business practices. Nearly impossible to get in contact with. Phone goes straight to voicemail and calls are not returned.
Businesses are responsible to ensure you receive what you pay for! This guy doesn't stand behind his sales or care about his customers!
