The range and range staff are good, but the shop leaves a lot to be desired. The shop does seem to have a wide selection of goods. But they are more than what you could get them for elsewhere. Their transfer fees for PPTs were a bit pricey as well. And during before the mag ban went through they were price gouging mags which we could still buy online for far cheaper. The attitude on the gunshop side is a stark contrast to the range side.
The only reason I still go there on the odd occasion is for the range which is staffed by pretty good people and the range is very clean and well executed. Range fees were reasonable when I last visited.

I have given this place quite a few chances over the years, but wanted to warn folks off to other ranges if possible. While this did not happen at my most recent visit, in early 2021 I went to the range to try a few different carry pistols out as they have a good selection to choose from. However, after stating that I would like to rent a lane and try out some pistols, I was immediately denied. They treated me like I was not allowed to be there even after showing my concealed weapons permit. They actually made me go pull out my rifle from my truck to prove I have owned a firearm and then proceeded to check it "to make sure its not an airsoft rifle" - yes they actually said that to my face. Even after that visit I have gone back, and the last time it took the staff 20 minutes just to getting around to showing me a couple rifles they had that were well over what you could purchase them for anywhere else.

Bought a suppressor for my 22 (and 5.7), most of my education on paperwork was done online but they provided good information, NFA process is slow, but communication was great.

I've been a "lifetime" member at the range for about 3 years and have been a highly satisfied customer for the most part. The key is going in off hours, even for the member bays. It can get busy on weekends, with lots of groups in the public area. Adam is always a big help and fun to swap stories with.

I've never experienced the rudeness that I've heard about with the store personnel. They've always been polite and helpful. It may be more about "show up acting like a know-it-all-jerk, get treated like one" kind of thing. The prices are too high. Clearly taking advantage of the wealthy area demographics and must not be hurting much or losing business as a result. I love spending money with local merchants, but there's a limit. That said, I have purchased arms and accessories from them after the sales rep spent quality time helping with decisions, options etc. I value service and will pay extra for it.

Been here multiple times, many people I know talk about this place. Personally, I've never been given the welcome treatment; quite the opposite too often. Don't like the pricing being upside down most of the time, so you have to ask for help to see the price. I recall a while back when they advertised new lower ammo prices and they were still higher than other local places. Haven't purchased anything here.

good place with a range and good selection of suppressors, weapons and ammo. helpful with selection and options as well. Also my wife felt comfortable there so that was a plus. Can shoot most weapons they sell (if available) at their range but only with their ammo.

Good place on eastside area in Bellevue.
