Being a large chain they are able to access a good selection of firearms/etc.
Nothing is perfect so all 4's. They have a reasonable selection with more available from their larger warehouse system via the website.
I don't bother going in unless I have already researched what I want, so I don't really utilize the counter people for information. They have all been friendly and they do try to help.
