Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Not only do they have a great selection on all things related to firearms, and their staff is great, and they have great service, but they're also extremely active in trying to overturn asinine gun laws that pass year over year here in WA. They are doing everything they can to fight for our rights, and that's a company you should vote for. Remember, we vote with our dollar which companies (and these companies' values) win.
Also, they're my go-to SOT, so they have my heart there.
Great resource for any information on current firearms events.
Cons
havent found one yet
So my review date is rather inaccurate, as i dont remember the actual date of this day. been a few years.
Messaged Sporting systems asking if they had any 6.5 Grendel. got a reply stating that they did, so i made a stop by there on my way home. Got in the store nad asked about about the round but they were actually out of stock. at that point i hadnt been able to find any rounds, in my area. The owner bein g a fan of the grendel offered to sell me a box from his personal personal ammunition. Of course i said yes please!
He went to his truck (not the back room) got a box of federal 90gr tnt rounds and sold them to me. At a discount no less. He made my weekend a good one and earned my continual respect.
I bought a lower receiver for AR-15 from Sporting Systems. Transaction going good and I got my receiver at Tuesday (2 business days after) for 128$ (taxed)
When entering the store was immediately met by a staff member who helped me locate ammo I was looking for. He also helped me examine some cool firearms I am interested in. This store and its staff is a major player in the battle to protect our right to own and use firearms in accordance with the Washington state and US constitutions.
Various ammo, Pistol selection is perfect, and attendants are helpful
The house dog is friendly, bring a treat
Cons
Can't think of any
Store is clean, well lit, and there is a huge selection of in demand implements. Attendants are helpful, knowledgeable, and exceptionably delightful. The little dog that runs around is never in the way and will make your shopping experience even better.
Knowledgeable friendly staff, always great conversation even when they're busy.
At the forefront of fighting the good fight against 2A infringers. Always good stock of lowers and happy to help with transfers.
Was able to get spacers & pins for my upper here. I always learn new things when I go in since they have passionate employees and lots of variety for AR mods.
Could have been just a misunderstanding but ordered a specific shadow systems with the threaded barrel and they ordered me the non threaded.
Ordered the threaded barrel mr920 and they placed an order for the non threaded. Spoke with 3 people there and still got the non threaded. They made up for it with a 10 round mag since stupid Washington has a hi cap mag ban.
This shop is leading the fight against anti- 2nd amendment issues here in Washington State.
Cons
The only con I can say, is that they are a long way from where I live, so I can't visit them as often as I would like!
Great shop, nice folks, great selection. As I mentioned above I wish they were closer to where I live in Hobart, because I'd love to cruise in once a week or so and see what new, or on special. As it is, I only get to stop in when I'm going to or coming back from Oregon, unless during the summer, I need a destination for a motorcycle ride!
Awesome shop, even better resource to the community. They always have a great selection and the whole team knows their stuff. They're always up to date on what is going on in Washington politics and make an effort to keep the community informed.
The staff at Sporting Systems was fantastic to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helped me identify retaining pins for an old shotgun my grandfather passed down to me. Also, they provided a free I-1639 course which I was able to use recently.
Been going to this place since they first started on and off and remember them always having nice firearms and a great selection, I would probably say one of the more expansive selections in Vancouver. Great people and always have stuff I need or want. Definitely worth a visit.
