Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
The guys who work at Sporting Systems are awesome! Great selection, super friendly atmosphere -- a fantastic hole-in-the-wall for anyone looking to purchase a new gun or accessories. Have purchased two handguns from this shop personally.
I have enjoyed the good people at Sporting Systems and consider them to be one of the easiest to work with and most professional GS"s I have ever worked with.
Thank you Dan for a great operation.
These guys have it figured out. Great mix of super high quality gear and more moderate gear too. Makes buying and building rifles a breeze. I try and get up there as often as I can. Keep up the solid work!
Can take a while to get in; kind of stern about washing hands.
The wait is worth it. Once in - it is sensation overload. Free drinks. Piles of ammo. And guns... everywhere. And Vortex & Minuteman. Daniel and his fella's rock it!
Extremely fast, simple, and free i1639 training for everyone.
We use this FFL's i1639 training course for everyone who walks in and needs it. They probably issue hundreds of these every day, and it would make life a lot harder without them!
This store knows what products to sell. They have a terrific selection of high-end, middle-tier, as well as less expensive choices. The owner is also deeply committed and involved in preserving the 2nd Amendment. I am genuinely grateful this store is in Vancouver.
Recently sold a handgun to WA resident. Sporting Solutions was the FFL the buyer wanted to use. Was very impressed at how smoothly the transaction went. Obviously, COVID makes things weird, so since I was the seller delivering the firearm, I was not actually able to go in the store.
That said, they had an employee interfacing with everyone who was there for firearms. If the rest of their staff, is half as good as he was, they're an amazing resource for all things 'guns'
The guys and gals always doing there best even with the times we are in ,sometimes the lines are long, sometimes you can walk rite in, they keep up a good stock, it can run low at times , but these are the times we are all getting thru. Keep up the good work
I would absolutely recommend working with Sporting Systems when it comes to a Gun Trust! Owners Dan and Heidi are some of the nicest people and very informative when it comes to all the ins and outs of the laws. Thank you both for all the hard work that you went through to make this all happen and make our lives easier as fire arms enthusiasts.
I had flash hiders than would just not come off my AR barrels (9mm and 223). They set me up in the vise, let me use the proper wrench, and now it's pew pew! Wonderful crew. Even turned me on to a better reflex site than the one I was using though I ended up buying it used from a forum member (a Holosun). Wonderful selection of tactical rifles, pistols, and suppressors. Certainly not the best prices available online, but fair. Their FFL fees are a little more expensive than others in town.
Bought myself a Glock 19 there a few months back and regularly go in for the incredible selection of AR parts. Some of the stuff is expensive but the customer service is great. Very nice owner, great hospitality, and an unbelievable selection of parts and other things. Wouldn't be my first stop for ammo or hunting rifles, but if you're into tactical type stuff, give them a try.
