I ordered a shotgun from this shop online and it turned out that the description was incorrect. When I contacted them about it, they offered several methods of resolving the issue and quickly fixed the problem after I told them what I wanted to do.
Any business working with firearms nowadays is moving a high volume of product, and mistakes are inevitable. How a company fixes those mistakes is more important to me than it happening in the first place, and this group of fine people did exactly what I would hope a company does when they do happen.
I would absolutely buy from them with confidence again.
I can't comment on their selection or physical store because I've never been there. My "visit date" is the day I went to pick up the shotgun from my FFL and gave them a call after noticing the problem.
