Have completed several firearm purchases and transfers through them over the years. Typically do business because they are conveniently located. I've had some good experiences but would never say any have been great.

Lots of the gun counter folks will stand around and BS rather than come to help or ask if you need assistance. I understand they get a lot of tire kickers and window shoppers but that's part of doing sales. Have started taking my business elsewhere locally because of better customer service but I hope they turn it around.

I'll still patronize them for ammo, shooting supplies, and waterfowl hunting gear as much as able rather than using online or big box stores.

Good people, friendly, honest, and helpful. Very decent place to by/sell/trade weapons. Generally really good weapon and ammo selection. Reloading is light though, hopefully a work in progress - the basics are there, and if it's reasonable they'll help you get something in.

Everything you need from reloading components to cases of ammo, tools, almost every accessory you can think of, cleaning supplies and so forth

Went in looking for a specific uncommon rifle. Although they did not have it in stock, they offered to find what I was looking for.

Went here looking for some .410 target loads for my old school side by side Iver Johnson Skeeter shotgun. Found some in stock and away we went. Pleasantly suprised at the amount of ammo of all kinds in stock.

Knowledgeable and always someone to help. Every time I visit this store, I walk away with all questions answered.

Kept checking stock of primers and powder and eventually was able to find reloading supplies needed to get back at it.

Was recommended by another gun shop to check with them on primer availability. Much to my surprise they had them.
