Sandpoint Arms is a Firearms Training Institute & Consulting firm located in Sandpoint, Idaho. The company is owned by Steve Wasylko. Steve has been involved with Firearms for over 25 years and is an NRA Certified Instructor in Pistol, Shotgun, Personal Protection Inside the Home and Personal Protection Outside the Home, as well as an NRA certified Range Safety Officer. In addition, Steve is also an approved instructor for the Bonner County Sheriff's Department to teach the Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weaspons Permit class. The training counselors with whom Steve has received his training and continues to train under have real world experience in military combat operations, law enforcement and private security services. Steve continuously keeps his skills sharp and learns new skills by attending advanced firearms training classes both locally and nationwide.
Sandpoint Arms provides Firearms Training in the Sandpoint area and other locations throughout Idaho. We also provide training classes in other areas of the country on various occasions through the year. We are always available to travel and teach classes in any nationwide location as our schedule allows. If you would like us to have a class outside our regular locations we would need minimum class sizes to be met. The minimum number of students would depend on the class being taken. Sandpoint Arms also provides private consultation to both individuals and businesses. We offer Personal Firearms Purchase Consultations (PFPC) and Business Firearms Purchase Consultations (BFPC). These consultation provide a one on one consultation with the goal of providing the individual or business owner with hands on experience with recommended firearms. We will come to your location and bring the firearms we think would be most suitable for your situation. We will then go through the process of matching you with the correct firearms based on fit, needs and shooting comfort. These consultations all include actual live fire of the firearms for your testing purposes before purchase.
We also possess a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and are a class 3 SOT. We can help you obtain the firearms, silencers, etc. you desire in our shop in Sandpoint, ID.
